Vengeance pre-shifted samples. How to calculate

Hi guys! There are some pre-shifted samples in Vengeance libraries. As I know they were made in 128 bpm by default. But how to calculate the difference in ms if I change the bpm?
For example if I have a sample with -19 ms shift that was made for 128 bpm and I want to adjust ms shift for my 120 bpm track how can I calculate the difference in ms? It's not standard bpm to ms convertion.
