I'm a big fan of Yoohoo, usually drink 3-5 of them a day in the studio.

My cat doesn’t allow liquids of any sort in studio, not even questionable anal-log discharges.

I’ll go for coffee or Zevia Ginger Root Beer. Not really a fan of being altered in the studio and I’m not a fan of the taste of beer. When I go out for drinks I’m most likely to pick something that tastes like 1800s medicine.

Shaman tea with DMT.

I can never find the "record" button while drinking it. But everything sure sounds great.

Apple cider. One can usually lasts a couple hours, but it's a nice treat when I remember it's there.

No drinks or foods allowed in my small music room; I go to the kitchen when I want anything (most of the time I just drink water, sometimes coffee or tea or fruit juice - I never drink alcohol, I prefer being sober and in full control).
So, no risk of damaging any instrument and I’m also forced to take some healthy breaks.

Used to be Maestro Dobel, now it’s V8 and some lemon water. I prefer herbs, no alcohol.

When I think about it usually coffee, I only drink sociably. Or water if I'm just thirsty, boring I know but I haven't regularly drunk at home since my son was born, now its also health reasons.
