lately I've been drinking a lot of regular old, orange pekoe tea

I did learn that making a pot of tea with only 1 tea bag, left in for a long time ( 60 min), makes worse tea than 2 tea bags left in for a short time ( 20 mins )

I thought maybe the longer immersion would steep the tea sufficiently. but no, it was still watery

I guess 1 tea bag has a maximum saturation/steeping amount

Depends on what I do.

If not so important and with the company of friends - alcohol.
If important and in company of clients - "Who said you could take a break and drink????"

It depends, they usually have instructions on the package, but currently I'm using 8 teabags steeped for 10 minutes for one gallon of tea. Also 2 cups of organic sugar, because sweet tea.

A few days ago I had never heard of Oolong. Now I got my own and some one mentions it on GS.

Delicious stuff indeed
