sounds a bit vanilla to me. but i'm not in the market for something like this anyway.
@ Coorec "Song mode allows you to chain up to 64 patterns together to create extended grooves. In this mode, each step is its own pattern, so you can trigger any of the stored sequences live, on the fly in any order you want. Song mode allows you to create full length beats in the palm of your hands. Let the grooving begin."

Looks great. Is there a list available of all the PCM voices to choose from?

If no individual outs a built in reverb and delay would of been a nice addition, it actually sounds nice but I feel the above let's it down - unless I'm missing something.

well, seems to be interesting. i love the form factor, might be very good for live rig.

as far as i understood, users are not forced to use analog sound engine and can use only PCM. that's cool, because i really hate all that overused and overabused 40 years old sound… well, except for a couple of kicks (which anyway sound good only when heavily processed)

so, will wait for sound demos and discovering bugs (if any).

Only one mono audio output. lf thera is no individual outputs, there should be at last stereo output and pan control of sounds.

first i thought the same.
but what is actually written in specs on IK site:
Quote:
Audio Out: Mini-jack 3.5mm stereo (mono summed)
seems like mono summed means something different than mono output.

on the other hand, current specs & overview do not mention anything related to panning (which would be strange in 2019, but who knows), and nothing related to stereo effects.

so it's the very 1st thing to figure out.

update:
this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1cyMCmfltQ
says about «in & out mono connections».

update 2:
watched all videos on the site. still no mentions about pan or anything stereo related.
toms played in videos are always in the center.

so, seems like it's sucks indeed, i mean it's really mono.

This is nicely done and I like the look of it. Can't load your own samples as far as I can tell, that feels like a missed opportunity.

There's a mistake on the product page:
Stuffer offers adjustable depth, from subtle tremolos to full-on slices, to create different feeling sounds and grooves.
"Stuffer" should be "Stutter".

Yeah. Love the sound this makes. And it looks like a plastic fantastic 80s dream so I have to buy it even if it’s s***.

i safely assume there is no sarcasm there ??

just in case, what i meant was things such as sequencing external gear, song mode, recording of incoming midi data etc

but yeah , plastic dream and actually looks like a cool little box all things considered

Did not see this coming. Looks to be the start of a proper eco-system. Sampler next? Or dedicated bass synth?

As soon as I saw this I had a vision of 2 of these plus 2 Uno Synths to rebuild Rebirth. Funny I also saw this said in comments @ Synthtopia.

Am I seeing correctly that's it's just a single mono output?
Unfortunate. Stereo would have made all the difference in a device like this.

Could be nice. I wish it was stereo-out with panning as a per-step parameter. They decided it's mono-out, so I'm glad there's no delay or reverb onboard. You'd use pedals or plug-ins after this for panning and time fx, which is normal, preferable even (when it's mono-out).
