Prophet 600 one or more bad CEM3372

Update, fixed it: I got the chip out with an IC extractor. Cleaned the legs of the IC with Deoxot D5, reseated it, voila, working like new again.

Hi All,
I recently purchased a well used Prophet 600.
Love it.
It's in 99% good working shape, however one annoyance is that the filter stops working on the 5th or 6th key press.
From research, I believe this is due to one or more faulty CEM3372 VCF/VCA chips.
Curious if one of the resident forumites can help me ID the bad chip and swap / repair/ replace as needed.
Thank you
PS - I've done the "Preset + 7" trick to disable the wonky voice, it does work, however I'd prefer to get it working.
