I felt that the sound is very good because I can set the localization for every sound.

It took a while to assemble the parts.

This is my challenge.
When adjusting the Prophet-600 Panorama Mod's trim pod to the left and right, I found that you can determine the localization of the sound by yourself. I wanted to change it in real time.

Interesting, this style could fit as sound track to a modern movie.
How did you realize the percussion?
There is some element of disharmony between the synth chords and the drum tunes but this makes it interesting.

In this track, I mixed multiple drum tracks.
There are 3 bass drums.
I am using XLN ADDICTIVE DRUM2 (ADPAKS:Reel machine kit)and other drum track.
Apply delay effect to each drum, add fluctuation.
I think everyone be using a similar workflow.
The limiter is also effective.
Panorama Mod is easy to shake the sound left and right, so I think that music that makes use of its characteristics suits Panorama Mod.
The percussive synth sounds function as part of the rhythm.
I think that it is becoming an essence that gives an effect to rhythm. It may be said that it strengthens the groove.
The sound of a soft synth will be more prominent send to your ears.
Playing with cutoff and resonance is the most interesting part of synths.
Elemnet is an effect to pop out from the chord sound of the synth.
This is also useful for making the code work well.
I think everyone be using a similar workflow.

I was skeptical about whether I could actually complete Panorama Mod kit.
However, when introduce, I was able to feel a very good effect.
At first, assembled, until I heard a sound completely, I was worried.

Reading the manual firmly, I made it completed.

Each image of the manual was very valuable material.
Pete66 answered the question during assembly, so there was no problem.

It was a wonderful experience.
Many solderings, if you can create your own gligli Mod, I think it is possible.


There is no case anywhere in my extension version. It is original.

Well this should be doable with digital controlled potentiometers. Not sure if the Teensy board provides any unused I/O for the control signals. Will need to check.

About Prophet 600 Stereopanorama upgrade kit

The reason why the kit was very nice is that all the registers are tagged, so that you can find the one at a glance.
I was all handwritten, so I was very impressed.
I thought the board was designed to be easy to handle in terms of design.This is very nice.
Especially each part position is good.
The sockets are aligned by the number of feet so that work is easy.
Parts are prepared without any waste.

It is surprising that this kit provides a new sound for the Prophet 600.
I think that the sound of gligli's Mod has evolved to more sophisticated sound.
I feel that the character of sound is emphasized and expressive power has also increased.

You know you can even increase the expressiveness of your (GliGli) modded Prophet 600 when you control it via MIDI with an external keyboard/ synthesizer that supports *touch response*. It is not possible with the Prophet 600 *keyboard* which doesn't support.

Good idea to put the pots outside the synth. I wonder if there's room enough to put the pots, and maybe also the outputs, in one of the wooden side panels. Something like the OB8 has.
