the E-Mu Vintage Keys is is a digital rackmount synthesizer that emulates the sounds of classic vintage synths, released in 1993/1994. It is a ROM based synthesizer, with a capable synth engine. It has 32 voices and is 16 part multitimbral. The oscillators use 8 MB of ROM samples. There are 358 memory patch slots. (The Vintage Keys plus has 16 MB of ROM samples, and 512 slots of patch memories) The LFOs are tied into a the synth matrix providing modulation sources and destinations. The VCAs can be controlled by ADSR envelopes. The rackmounted synth is controlled by MIDI.
