mxl v67 to u87 style mic

this I'm very proud of this is a mxl v67 to u87 rebuild


old mic


tear down


new transformer


installed in the frame


test fit of pcbs


populating


adding pad and low cut switches


fet tuning


back from powder coating.

ya it's from groupdiy. I got the pcbs from there then gutted the mic changed out the transformer and the capsule and switched to the u87 pcbs and I also had the mic powder coated.

$50-$80

in bulk I'd pay 20-30 local in sets of 10
