I also did some acid ish stuff a few years back using the circuit. sort of buzzy digital acid which I finally got around to working into a breakbeat piece and uploaded to my main soundcloud.
I think this is Techno, it's got a 303 line in it anyway - it's needs some tidying up but do people think it's got something or not? All constructive comments gratefully received :-)
Made small acid song today with the Eminent 310 , the you tube make it sound a little different . Sound processing is done by speeding up cassette , could be a variation on acid
Lockdown at home live set. Kicks running through a compressor which sidechain the other channel of the compressor through which my sub machine (Behri Pro1) runs. MPC1000 as the brain. Not as hard as some of my stuff but techno non the less and definitely acid.
Definitely techno! Quite pleased with my patching on the Pro1 here. Got the filter env wired to the wheel input then using the Filter Env amount set to mod wheel in the Mod panel. This gives a strange response where the 'squelch' of the sound comes first then the resonance sounds as that dies back. Added to the oscillator sync that I bring in on occasion (using the frequency knob to 'play' the sync) I am actually getting 3 discrete components to the Pro 1 sound.
The kicks and most percussion are also samples I took from my Pro1.
My only grip is the distortion on the 2nd 303. It drags into into UK acid techno territory, when a nice console drive would give you that warm acid house 303 tone.
