Greatest Acid 303 lines of all time...

Let's hear some of your fave epic acid lines.

Could be tb303 , sh101or even mc202 based. Might even be soft synths or something else... But it better be banging hard and kicking ass.

Here's an unusual one to start.

Ceephax live. Go to 3:01. Bonus points to if anyone knows what song it is...

I always go back to Hawtin's haunting Pakard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQduttGOQSE

For those that remember the party space in Detroit he's referencing, it's truly chilling and nostalgic.

This one is amazing, not necessarily for the 303 line, but the whole song in general. Takes me on a journey every time

And then there's everything paranoid london's ever made...

Never seen the Blade movie. That was a killer 303 line.

@ Ephemera . Wow! I thought everybody had seen it, great film for the time IMO if you can handle snipes, new order wrote the original tune and it got butchered a few times since, it is a good line though. Stomper.

Armando - Land of Confusion, 1998. Seminal track, it was completely martian at the time, there was nothing sounding like that.

I love this one, particulalry at half way through, when it gets distorted. How are those stepped filter changes done, cv???

It most certainly does

Hundreds to choose from but here's a few that spring to mind,

Still can't believe this ones from 1988/89:

Obvious but still one of the best:

Wait till 01.50:

On a harder distorted tip:

it could be devilfish's midiCC-to-cutoff thing, but i suspect it's probably something else.. the 303 line recording was chopped up and he switches to the areas where the cutoff was set higher..

sounds like the pattern from "Armando - Land of confusion" was chopped up here and hidden away under an LFO-controlled filter

and something phunky:
