30 Hz noise - possible power issue?

I've been having issues with a tube mic, hearing windy noises and gain that comes and goes. I thought that the problem was something with the mic or anything related to it - but today I've been having very strange issues in my small studio room.

My recordings (with any mic) pics up a LOT of noise, especially around 30 Hz (see attached picture) when it's all quiet.
Even if I haven't chosen an input channel from my Apollo 8 in Logic Pro X, it seems to be something coming in.

I've unplugged all possible gear and I've got a separate switch for all lighting in the room, but nothing seems to help.

So now I'm starting to wonder if there's nothing wrong with the tube mic to begin with, maybe a power issue of some sort? It's an old house in Sweden, and seems to be old power outlets.

Has anyone seen this kind of problem before?

Could be a standing wave in the room. Is the room treated at all?
When recording with the mics are there any screens up to catch reflections?
