Where can I find those 2 prong+ground power cord used on old German gear?

Been looking on Ebay and everywhere I could think of, didn't find any.
It's those old school power cords with 2 prong and the ground on the side (top and bottom) of the plug.
Like the ones you'd need for an EMT 140 or an Echolette guitar amp.

Thanks!
