tempo map in reaper?

just installed reaper, and am trying to figure out how to set up a tempo map. i see where you can insert tempo changes, but it wants to know a time rather than a measure #. is there a way to view and edit the whole tempo map at once? can you set it up so you enter measure #'s instead of a time marking?

also a little confused about markers - how do you create a marker? how do you get back to that marker once it is created? thanks.

REAPER: tempo mapping « benvesco.com

for marker creation.
hold mouse above time readouts and clik where you want n press M
on pc kbd.
to edit marker right clik with mouse over marker.
(ps..there are various options to display readouts.
go thru the menus carefully.)

NOTE..look under help for ACTION LIST and keyboard shortcuts.
also at the reaper forums are lots of extensions n shortcuts reaper users have made.
MAKE SURE YOU RIGHT CLIK EVERYWHERE if learning rpr.
right clik is your friend.
also make sure you have the user guide from the site.
and go thru wiki etc etc.
