Saving Rendered tracks and Steams..

Hello, have started to learn Reaper.. And was wondering what arw some recommendations in regards to saving rendered tracks and what is the best way to prevent your hard drive/cloud from becoming "cluttered" w/ steams and separate tracks?? Thank you in advance for any advice offered and have a good evening.

If you go here there are some Multichannel Stem templates
https://www.reatrak.com/downloads/test_files/templates/
you can add or remove the amount of tracks then just render the last track to Multichannel, check Multichannel track to multichannel files in the render dialog.
Click on the last track ROUTE to set the sends to mono/stereo.
You can right click on the bottom track > Render/Freeze tracks > Render tracks to multichannel stem tracks(mute originals)

I have three folders I always copy into any project. they fold out to look something like this.

the main project audio always goes into 00 Project Audio. and I set Reapers song project preferences to access that folder for the main audio. it would be nice to run something in Reaper which auto copied those folders and then have enough relative file path defaults in Reaper to have them always be accessed automatically as part of any normal procedure.
