Books about studio production/ curriculum for audio course

I'm doing my second year of my musicology bachelors and I have a course in studio production. My initial thought about the curriculum is basically "too expensive, and all the knowledge can be found online". There is another voice saying that I might miss out on some really juicy morsels of information. There is also a third voice that says "you don't even have time to open a book". Here are the books. Anybody read any of them? Which voice should I listen to?

read them all, always read as many books as you possibly can that's my advice.
