Small Guitar Practice Room Treatent

I built a guitar practice room in my basement following Rod Gervais' "Build It Like Athens Pros". The room is approximately 7'x8'x9'. I am very happy with the isolation I achieved, as I am able to play electric guitar late at night without waking the family up. Now it is time to treat the room .

I had some extra Rockwool so I built two of Rod's Fiberglas panels described on page 203. Should I place these on the centre of the long walls?

My next step is going to place oc703 across the 4 corners and ceiling cloud with it.

My problem frequency is 73hz, 146 etc

Is this a good plan?

Cheers and thanks
