instrument placement, acoustic panel, ceiling clouds question

Hello!

recently I finished build my little studio.

I'm trying to make a decent demo from this space, so I figured I should

make some absorber, diffuser, ceiling clouds.

(already made 4 big gobos, 6" thick with 2" air gap.)

ready to build some absorber, and ceiling clouds.

my question is

this space, I'm mostly going to record and rehearse jazz piano trio setup.

but I don't know where to put each instruments, so I'm here to ask a help.

middle of the room there is a column that I can't do anything about it, so that's what it is...

you'll get the idea from photos.

I put the piano right corner to minimize bleed from drum, on left acoustic bass, and close to where computer is at I put drum set.

we're able to hear ourselves well without headphones but recording result wasn't so great.

so questions :

1. have no Idea where to put my desktop computer with monitor speaker, piano, and placement for acoustic bass & drum.

please share your thoughts. Let me know what you think!

Thank you
