RW3 vs Knauf Acoustic insulation

Hi Guys,
I am only fresh on here so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section so apologise if not,

I am making acoustic panels for my studio the frame for which are already made at 1 meter by a half meter made from 4x1 timber. I am in Ireland so I cannot acquire Owens Corning 703 and I stuck between choosing Rw3 and Knauf Acoustic Earthwool Insulation.

RW3: Build4less.ie,Quality,Low Cost Building Supplies, Rockwool RW3 Insulation

Earthwool: Knauf Acoustic Earthwool Insulation 100mm Roll (11m2)

I have been looking for data sheet on the two to compare acoustic qualities and decide which to choose but cannot find anything.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I have a bedroom studio where I record and mix. I only record vocals.

Kind Regards,
Nun
