Editing tracks and clock source

I am using PT 10. I have an Apogee Trak2 pre-amp set up as my clock source. I run it into my mbox through S/pdif and select the S/pdif as my clock source in the set up.

I would like to be able to edit my tracks (EQ, plugins, crop/nudge etc...) on the go, meaning I would like to be able to take my MacBook out of my studio and work on my tracks elsewhere without having to bring my entire setup with me to keep the external clock source plugged in. (My studio is not at my house, I would like to be able to edit at my house for added efficiency).

So far I have not figured out how to do this, as it will tell me that my clock source is wrong etc... Does anyone know of anything I could do?

Switch your Mbox clock to internal when not using the Apogee. That's it.
