Pro tools meters

If I and my recorded audio to come in around -24 LKFS/LUFS, what is the best way to use pro tools metering to do that? Or a third party meter, or a combo of pro tools and third party.. whatever.

Is there a meter type in pt that reads LKFS that I’m missing?

I don't think there's an included meter in PT that reads using one of the needed algorithms (based on BS.1770-1/2/3/4).

It is probably easy enough to find a freeware meter somewhere and use it as a plugin.

Why do you need to do this during recording though?

i just want to get the recordings as close to what they need to be for mix on the way in because of super tight turn around times
