Yeah! It's only in test mode, i don't know if use text over the icons directly or on the glyph.tiff, so, still testing some details

Actually illuminated buttons are not easy ! Especially white ones, it's much easier to make up coloured ones.

It's one of the settings in there, probably selectedTextBackgroundColor

one does the right side of the screen ( loop browser, event etc ) the other the left ( library area )

Also check

Root / Colors / Selections
I have fixed it before for the otehr menu's and the library. I will check there again and play with some settings to see if it changes anything in the list area.

On another note; i just realized my send buttons are not appearing onscreen. Cheked recources and all the .tif images for the sends area are there and they check out. In the .plist all the lines for the sends are there as well.

Big facepalm to myself..cluelesss..

Hi I just registered to thank all you guys for your hard work on this thread. I’ve been using the Neve beta for a couple of days and it’s a MASSIVE improvement on the original ‘WTF were they thinking?’ skin.
Looking forward to getting my hands on the completed theme.

Also I have a general, GUI based query.

Is it just me that has to reset my mixer/track headers every time I open a project? This is driving me crazy! To clarify, every time I open a project I have to make the inspector as narrow as possible, remove the track icons (now that without my own, they are uselees!)
Everything I can to gain back a bit of vital screen real estate on my MBP basically. Then when I save/reopen, I have to do it all over again.

Please tell me I’ve missed something obvious and I don’t have to keep doing this every time.

Thanks again, (Loving those Glow Solo Switches by the way)

I do have to press X on my keyboard to show my whole mixer every time i re-open a song, it only shows the lower area, i also have to re arrange the items in the event area, say for example the name, bit rate and tempo of files is all messed up and squashed together and all files are expanded instead of hidden like i left them, etc. not having the issues with the icons though thankfully heh

Works fine for me, projects open as I left them (with all the crap like icons switched off) - when I start a new project I use a template with all the stuff switched off / the track header set to how I want it (and so on . . . )

I have made my piano roll quite a bit brighter. There is one thing i can't for my life figure out how to change. The vertical alignment guide that appears in front of the note when i drag it. It's a thin white line but i need to change it to another color. What is the name of that entry?

Not a setting. They're tif files. I forget the name though.

They can't be tif files if you can make them transparant can they?

I'm referring to the actual mat or big black background looking thingy that the plugin and buttons sits on, cheers!

Yes. They are tif files. Tifs can do transparency.

+ 1 (million) for this feature to be added, i mean please put your hands up if you reeeaaally love the way the regions appear right now.

When muted, they kinda look ok and semi transparent but are grey, where are the settings for that? they're under the hood somewhere.

Yes, like Trey said, they are tiffs, don't make them 100% transparent as you won't be able to move the plug-in window - they need a little bit of visibility for your cursor to 'see' them - weird but true.
