iMac Pro - Sluggish Logic Pro

I've had my iMac Pro about a year, and it was super quick and responsive in Logic Pro, even on projects with over 120 tracks and tons og plugins. Now it starts to show sluggishness even on ridiculously small projects. I've had powerful Mac Pros earlier with the same issue. Why do my Macs get sluggish over time? Is it possible that there can be certain plugins that mess and bugs up the whole system? Can it be OSX?

I never heard of something like it. Check the processes running, especially stuff like iCloud drive sync, etc. - not needed in the studio.

Could be any number of things. Hard to say. Check launch daemon and agents stuff, check what is trying to connect to the internet while using Logic, Clean project vs loaded, etc..
