Audio scrubbing in Logic X, seems unusable...does anyone actually think it works?

I tried changing all the settings. It's really sluggish on LPX, very hard to find a transient, and useless for scanning through a wav...and this is with a new mac and even one audio file in the project.

I haven't used it since Logic 9, as I hadn't had the euphonix set up since...I mostly used LP9 up to about 2 years ago, I'm convinced it was way way better in LP9, I used to use it a fair bit. Really annoying me actually. LPX 10.4.6

Haven’t tried it but I also have an Avid Artist Control so I’ll try it out and report back. Also on LPX 10.4.6

What plugins do you have on your output channels, master channel(s) and/or busses?

Have you tried the low latency mode switch?
