Bus Automation Glitch

Hey guys, I'm working on a full ambient album at the moment and one of the songs in my project file is glitching out, the track crackles followed by the side chain automation going horrifically out of sync. I've attached the bounced audio, the glitch occurs around 40-50 seconds in and carries on throughout the remainder of the track, in the DAW I can fix it temporarily by pausing and playing again, but as you can tell there is no way to fix this upon bouncing the track.

this is an issue I've had before and have been unable to fix, if anyone knows any way to help it'd be much apprectiated

Thankyou

-Alex

Frozen tracks still provide the same issue and the CPU usage and Disk Usage doesn't fluctuate at all :(

Is it just one track that's causing the crackle? What's the plug-in chain on said track or tracks?
