Audio Drop Outs RME with Logic X

I have a RME UCX audio interface with Logic X also new hard drive 1tb with 8 core running with 22 gigs of ram
I`m continuously getting audio drop outs , i a create a few tracks
(say about 4 -5 tracks) after playing the track for about 30 seconds the sound will drop out and maybe start again sometimes it will stop and the audio of some of the samples will just drop out
ive put the buffer size to 1024 and it seems the audio does not drop out , but the latency is at 49.3 ms

i sold a motu and a presonus to buy this interface and now i have the worse latency ever

why the audio drop outs ?
why is the latency so bad ?

any help will be appreciated

Thanks

answer 1) 1TB WD Blue WD10EZEX SATA III 6GB/s 7200rpm 64MB Cache 8ms OEM HDD
answer 2 ) yes it is the system drive (master drive)
LOGIC X 10.3.2
I was using a 59,000 speed hdd and was reading this couse be the reason of the audio cut outs , also was reading that the green hard drives ran slow.
so i bought the blue hard drive

Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB Internal Hard Drive LN50977 | SCAN UK

Thanks for the response

You can't use the system drive man.

Do be certain that none of your plugins are operating in trial mode.

You should also know that the western digital blue drives are there very low power drives, not even 5400 RPM on average. However I suspect you have several issues combining to create the symptoms you’re describing .

yes i`m running a hackingtoshy

so my blue hard drive is not good for audio production ?

So which drives would be suitable (besides a solid state drive) ?

UPDATE:- moved all my apple loops to external drive and still getting audio drop outs

Even the CPU/HD monitor is very low
so its not the cpu or hard drive
Any Other advice ?
