Question Adding Fx to drums> Best methods

What the best way to add effects to drums, snare, toms? send everything i want out the an Fx processor and back to channel or channels?

I usually find special fx on drums work best when run in parallel with the original signal. Just bring up the fx return and down the dry channel until you get the right blend.

Sounds good thats what i figured. Would you add Fx to which ever drum individually or send them all together. I'm curious as to how this would work. Wouldn't you want each drum to be slightly different sounding FX. If your using 1 aux send and 1 Fx processor i guess your limited.

Sometimes nice plate or room sometimes deep hall or short delays or some early reflections sometimes nothing at all its up to you and the music . You can send only the snare or snare and toms or the whole set . Sometimes just overs it is really matter of taste ....
