Akai Advance Keyboards

I have been looking for a midi controller solution for years. I think the best midi controller is one that doesn't try to control anything. You can use any modern synthesizer as a midi controller. The Akai advance, remote sl, native kontrol will never work how they should. I had to find out for myself...

Did novation discontinue their SL MKII Line?

I’ve tried the AKAI but found the keybed response and feel unacceptable. I felt the Fatar keybed was on another level by comparison. YMMV of course
