CV Tools is worth owning Live 10 alone

This is fantastic for me, as previous solutions could be erratic and fiddly. So far CV Tools is pretty much plug and play.
If you don't know much about Buchla or the CBS Performance System, it is from 1970, doesn't conform to the modern 1v per octave standard, and has other weird idiosyncrasies. This is the first time I've been able to use it completely in tune and in time with a modern DAW.
Thanks to CV Tools in Max4Live

How do you do with Bitwig? They have CV stuff as well. For a while now.

That tabla-like percussion sound is awesome!

I'm really looking forward to this. Up to now, I've been using a Kenton Pro 2000 Mk II for DAW integration of vintage CV/GATE synths.

I've been holding out for a solution that could justify replacing it. This is the one.

CV Tools.

Tight. I haven't noticed any timing issues.

Been happily using cv tools for a while now, love it.

I'm looking for a way to calibrate a module (clouds) i need to send it a 1V and a 3V signal to calibrate.

sending a C2 and a C4 note should do the trick, no? but it could also be C1 and C3.
I don't know what scaling the ableton cv tools are using.
Anone care to enlighten me? I don't have a multimeter lying around here.

Awesome, I’m hoping Ableton has single handedly wiped out the need for an external sync box for cv clock duties. I’m hoping it will be as tight as something like ERM’s Muticlock

I just let CV Tools calibrate automatically (from C3).

yeah, no this is different, i needed to calibrate the internal CV input scaling itself.
just did it, had to redo it a few times to get the octave right.
C3 or C4 was 1 Volt, don't remember.
