Routing Audio Clips for Podcast Recorded in Ableton Live 10 (Using JackAudio?)

Hello,

I'm running Ableton Live 10 on Windows 7 and looking to record audio for a live podcast. I'll be doing the podcast live with another person (through Zoom). Ideally what I'm looking for is a way to record live audio through a mic and play audio clips for both of us to hear simultaneously on a separate track in Ableton.

I've installed and set up JackAudio but, quite frankly, I don't know what I'm doing with it. I don't NEED to do this through Jack but any way I could route audio from a WAV, MP4, or live YouTube clip to a separate Ableton channel would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me! :-)

See attachments of screenshots to show JackRouter is set up but I'm not sure what I'm missing or how to get browser/VLC to route to an Ableton track.
