PianoTeq 4.0 Released.

I had the demos of Pianoteq 3.0 and Truepianos installed. But I found Pianoteq a bit too metallic sounding - this was better with Truepianos. Piano sound library for (very) low end computer?

...just have enough juice for webbrowsing and MS Word. If it has to be software, I would try something like 4front TruePianos or one of the pianos from Garritan. Your best best is to do a google search for old piano VSTs from maybe 2012. Something that was around a while ago, b/c you're currently...

Piano VSTI with "character"

I think TruePianos is mostly dead. Version 2.0 has been on the horizon for how many years now? That said, I wish they'd get into bed with Pianoteq and make a TruePianoTeq plugin as the sound I want seems to fall somewhere in between.
