Wanted: Quiet recording space in Los Angeles
I'm looking for a ultra quiet recording space in the Los Angeles area. Would consider space anywhere between the South Bay and Burbank.
Ideally a medium sized space with concrete floors and high ceilings. Noise and acoustics of room are priorities. Separate control room and live space preferred.
Low traffic Post Production building with no partying preferred.

Berlin Studio Wanted! Share?
Hey,
I'm currently looking for a studio space in Berlin city center: so Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Treptow etc.
As the under 200qm offerings seem few and far between at the moment, I thought I would check here to see if anybody would be interested in sharing the rent on a larger empty factory space, walls, isolation and acoustic treatment to be self organized and built? this might work as a studio-cooperative of sorts?
any interest?
Otherwise, if anyone has a room they know about for sharing or subletting?

Seeking Studio space or room in existing facility
I'm moving to Nottingham in a few months and not knowing the area that well, I'm seeking help finding a studio space. Only need a single room, I only mix and master, no recording. Happy to use a room in an existing facility if someone has a room not doing much. Ideally minimum of 30sq. metres, but happy to use bigger or slightly smaller. Acoustic treatment no essential as I can do that myself easily enough. Just somewhere centrally located, or a short drive from the centre. Anyone who knows of anything going or any letting agents best to contact please let me know. Perfectly happy to allow use of my kit if it's in an existing facility.I'm 100% reliable and trustworthy. Over 12 years professional experience.

WANTED! Live/Work space for rock band, in March
We're a 2-piece rock band looking for somewhere in Europe that we can live and write some new songs. We've got our own little record rack so we don't actually need a fully functioning studio, just somewhere with a kitchen/bathroom and somewhere to sleep, plus enough open space to make music without neighbours complaining!
Ideally we're looking for Berlin, but also interested in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Groningen...just not UK as that's where we're from and we'd like to try somewhere new.

Looking for a studio space for producing in Venice/Santa Monica/Mar Vista/Culver City/Marina.
Minimum requirement is a good size room (+350sq ft) where I can produce at all hours. Iso booth not necessary but open to any options.
