Two Suites available in bright NYC loft studio
Description: We have two adjacent suites available for sublet in our bright Union Square / Flatiron studio.
Room 1: approximately 8' x 12' with a door that can be locked -- $1,000/month
Room 2: approximately 7' x 10' with french doors that open into our main common area -- $800/month
Combined the rooms are offered at $1695/month. The two rooms have a nice large window between them and the rooms are wired to each-other as well as wired to a larger and fully insulated live room / booth.
The studio itself is a 2000 sf floor-through (elevator opens to the space) with north and south windows, a bathroom, and kitchen. There are two other people here full-time with regular M-F hours, and we have very light traffic. The tenant(s) may also share the common areas, meeting space, internet connection, fax, and printers.
