Description: We are moving to NY so, we are selling our recording studio in Somerville, MA.
Studio was built in 2010, and was used to record bands form all over the country.
The Studio comes with:
Live Room, Control Room, Large Vocal Booth/Editing Room, Small kitchen area and Band Room
The Control room was designed by Grammy award winning Producer/Engineer Earl Cohen and is set up for optimal sound quality. With fully built-in bass traps in each back corner, 703 lined double walls, the room sounds amazing (we hate leaving it!)
The Live room has huge 16ft ceilings
There is Plenty of storage for most studio needs.
1 full-bathroom.
The studio also has central heat and air.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY GEAR, JUST THE ROOMS AND CONSTRUCTION WHICH COST OVR $25,000 to build.
We are looking to get at least $4,500 for the studio (soundproofing supplies and construction), but make us an offer.
Rent monthly for the place is $1850.
