The days/times available are three days a week between Monday to Friday 9am (or as early as you like) to around 7pm.
The calendar month rent is £400 for the 3 days
If you would like fewer than 3 days, that's fine. Just let us know how many days per week you'd like and we can work out a price.
The arrangement is flexible. For example, days at the weekend will often be available. We use a shared online calendar (Google) so it is pretty easy to see what's available.
The one limitation we have is that live drums (apart from perhaps very laid back jazz) are not currently an option during the week. An electronic kit would be fine of course, and we can talk about moving one in permanently if this was required, and if we have weekend days free and you need to do live drums then we would be happy to swap days.
We are happy to share our stuff and there is room for a bit more stuff. We wouldn't mind if you didn't want us to use your gear.
There is a live room and a control room, both roughly the same size, about 220 square feet each.
Location is good: close to wood green tube (picadilly line), shops and pubs. Parking is included.

This deal makes no real sense but you've caught me at a time in my life where making a change takes precedent over anything else.
I've invested everything I have in this studio and now I want a little freedom to step away from it. I am only trying to cover my costs right now, not profit.
This is an opportunity to rent a fully equipped Pro Tools HD studio that can easily bill upwards of $50/hr, but for the equivalent of less than $20/hr. If you are looking to complete a specific project, need a place to bring your work right now, or want to get your producing / mixing business off the ground, this is probably going to be the least risky option you can imagine. And it's especially viable if you have a partner with which you want to split the time and expense.

They do not share walls with one another and are built on a floating floor construction.
Attenation between studios is excellent with the studios retaining 65dB. You will need to add your own acoustic treatment which will further assist the sound quality.
There are toilets, a shower, kitchenette and communal lounge area all for the studios to use only
2 minutes from hackney Wick Overground. Shops/food outlets/brewery all within 5mins walk.
