Looking for Empty Studio for Recording And Mixing

I am looking for a empty studio with recording booth together. Space doesn't have to be over 250sq.ft. Monthly rent with 24hour access to the building if possible but not neccessary. Monthly payment looking at around $500 ~ $600 or more depends. If the room has been treated it would be very nice if not, I am willing to treat the room. I will bring my own gear and set them up.
