Vocal Recording NYC
Description: Hi,
I've got a problem and I need some help. I'm located in Chicago, but I have a client who needs to record vocals in NYC. The song has kind of a indie 80s vibe to it so the ideal vocal chain would be u87-->sold state pre (something Neve-ish) --> 1176. I think it'd would only take about 2 hours to record and edit the part. It should be recorded dry so a vocal booth is necessary. I have $100 budget, let me know if you can help me out.
Please send me a link to your studio so I can check it out (and samples are good too). Also include info on what converters you use.
