I'm offering a time share at my private recording studio, The Secret Garden.
Here are some details :

Looking for producer, engineer or artist to share my private recording studio on a long-term basis (six months to one year minimum).
The studio is located in Williamsburg close to the L train (Bedford Avenue), the J, Z & M trains (Marcy Avenue) and just a few blocks
away from the Williamsburg Bridge. The area is safe and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and delis.

The Recording Studio measures 1200 square feet and it includes:

•Control Room
•Iso Booth 1 measures 9’ X 11’ with 8’ ceiling
•Iso Booth 2 measures 8’ X 10’ with 8’ ceiling
•Keyboards Area
•Midi Station
•Kitchen
•Bathroom (with shower & bathtub)
•Storage space

It can be used for all sorts of purposes such as :

•Full record production
•Mixing
•Editing
•Demo production
•Jingle writing/recording
•Music writing
•Media/movie music pre/post production
•Teaching

The environment is very warm and comfortable inductive to inspiration and creativity.
Both Iso Booths and the Control Room areas are air conditioned. Drums can be tracked
from 10 in the morning to 7 at night. Guitar and bass amps can be tracked into the night
with a cutoff time at 10 or 11 PM. Rehearsing is possible but only if acoustic since I’d like
to respect my neighbors. The time share will be of 12 to 15 days X month, 24 hours X day.
In case my time-share becomes available because I’m not around, the space will be available
to use at a fixed reduced sum if discussed ahead of time.
