One Time Opportunity in Beijing, China.
Description: Well-established, Foreign Born Chinese Music producer/ Mixer is currently looking for a full time assistant engineer in Beijing or willing to relocate to China.
Proficiency in spoken Chinese is strongly preferred.*
Profile we are after:
-Solid experience with Protools is a must!
-Foreign born/living Chinese with experience in music production and sound engineering would be a plus.
-Between 20 to 30 year old.
-People with solid credits and experience preferred, but we are also considering very motivated novice with strong interest in engineering and very good knowledge of Protools.
-Knowledge of Music Theory and experience in music production, songwriting and arranging is a huge PLUS.
-Instrument player are a big Plus.
-Hard working, down to earth, modest, and humble personality a must.
-Audio Tech knowledge would be a plus.
-Surround Mixing experience would be a plus.
The right candidate will be engineering on mixes and recordings for major artists,
Film score mixing and producing music for prime time TV Shows as well as working on many independent projects.
If candidate has strong skill in composing, songwriting/arranging, he will also have the opportunity to produce music on many occasions.
This position means a long term commitment for the candidate:
People who are only curious about China, who don't have long term plan in staying in Beijing or who are not 100% dedicated to music production
