Having honed my skills under the employment of Trevor Horn at Sarm Studios, I have managed to learn from, and work with, some of the best producers/artists/engineers out there.
I'm available now for any project, big or small, from engineering writing sessions to mixing. Also, if any studio/studio owners are looking for a freelancer to have on their books for busy periods, or even for more regular work, that would also be welcome. My name is Simon Rudd, owner of BossLoops. I have worked with almost every online sample / construction kit distributor in the industry. Producer Loops, P5audio, Nova Loops, MVP Loops, LoopBased, Crypton Media, and the list goes on. My credits outside of sample media stretch to Fox Sports, NBC (Access Hollywood) and many more.
I am currently in the process of setting up my new company (name still to be determined) ... with one simple goal of taking over the sample industry. We are looking for musicians, and producers of all genres to work with us. We aim to have everything set up and ready to go by the end of this year, so we can have a very successful launch in 2012.

Live Sound Engineer for Church Service
Calvary Fellowship Church in West Hartford is looking for a live sound engineer for their Sunday services starting in mid-August. Experience and ability to trouble shoot is a must.
Your job will consist of:
- weekly setup of mobile soundboard/on stage speakers.
- running sound for the weekly service (roughly 1.5 hours).
- partial breakdown of sound equipment.

Soundproofing Advice/Consultation
Hi
I'm currently in the process of moving to new premises I left my old space about 2 months ago and really struggled to find somewhere new.
Last week I found a industrial unit which is ideal size in size and price but there is a factory opposite which has a heavy press in and the sound of the machinery is leaking into the building at around 20dB.
I'm looking for advice or a consultation session to see if this can be cut out of the live room I only have a £4000 budget including labor and materials. Any building within the unit has to be with plasterboard as it all needs to be able to removed if I leave the unit.
At the moment the construction of the front of the building is brick with a roller shutter door and the roof is corrugated plastic.

Turning Studios is looking for an experienced engineer to perform a range of duties, from mixing, pre-mixing, recording, music editing, music searches, dubbing, and other tech related duties. The successful applicant will have extensive studio experience in a range of musical styles and a proven track record. They will be enthusiastic, creative, able to work under pressure and to brief. A knowledge of working with sync to picture is a must.
