Runner Position Open in Private LA Facility 
This is for a runner position in a private Los Angeles recording studio that works in many genres of music. Must be in the Los Angeles area and have transportation. Job is located in the West San Fernando Valley.
- Food and other runs for staff and clients
- Light Cleaning of Studio
- Helping assistant engineer with session set up
- Some database and spreadsheet work
Must have skill set:
- Attention to detail
- Friendly attitude
- Willing to do hard work and long hours
- Able to multi-task
Preferred Skills, but not mandatory
- Prior Experience working in a music studio
- Some Logic Experience
- Some Pro Tools Experience
- Some Large Format Console Experience
- Good background in Signal Flow

Sound Design Internship Offered
Coming up we have a one month unpaid full time inhouse internship available! It will involve a mixture of hands on recording and general sound studio practicality, as well as editing and transforming the sounds into amazing soundscapes of detail and flair. Our ideal intern loves sounds and designing of sounds more than music making, and understands the difference. You’ll need to live or stay within daily commutable distance of our London studio. This is a great opening to potentially become one of our designers through merit, capability, and personality fit. We don’t guarantee a full time work placement afterwards, however previous interns have gained further contract work with us and our last one is now part of the full time inhouse team, so it’s definitely a door to bigger opportunities.
Useful Skills: Ableton, Logic, Protools, Field recording & microphone technique, foley & found sound, Apple Mac OS (only!), DSP & micro sampling, electronic CV machines, DSP Synthesis, electronic file organisation and structure. Mytek Digital (maker of innovative Digital Converters and the Private Q headphone system) is seeking interns at their Brooklyn Headquarters.
We are seeking motivated, organized self starters excited to learn about studio equipment and studio production.
Interns will receive a weekly stipend and should expect to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Mytek is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn off of the India St G train. We design, build and service our recording equipment on site.
Our facility features a Mastering/Critical Listening Room and Recording studio.
Understanding of recording studio operation, Protools and other recording software, soldering and basic tech repairs are favorable.

WANTED: Timpani Foley Recordings
Hey!
I'm looking for some varying timpani recordings for example, rolls and basic one shot hits at different an varying velocities
So all I would need is about 20 samples of different low timpani sounds.
Regarding specifics, I'm working on a cinematic pack for composers and producers to download and use in their own projects. It will consist of around 128 high quality cinematic Hits, Inceptions, Atmospheric Drones, Instrument Loops and Rises!

So in summery, depending on how much you charge will determine how many recordings I can get from you. I'm aiming for about 20 sample recordings using some different techniques.
