Atmospheric, electro trip hop with edgy guitars, arresting rhythms and soaring synths.
I'm looking to work with a budding mixing engineer who wants to broaden their portfolio much like I'm trying to improve my 'sound'. I'd love to work with someone online where both of us could learn.
The first track I want to work on is on my soundcloud page and I'd love to hear your comments!

Drum Programmer Wanted
(2 votes)
Hi folks,
I am after a drum programmer to put drum tracks on my music. The music is Pendulum with interesting guitar lines; very much influenced by Porcupine Tree, Yes, Rush etc. I will send you examples if you express interest.
The job is song by song basis. Thus, it is part-time/casual. 0-20 hours/week. It will begin in March. You will be given basic drum loops to give you the feel for songs/sections, and you will have to put time and effort into creating incredibly lush, pumping drum tracks.
My previous music videos have at least 10,000 organic views on YouTube and you will be given full credit, links and exposure. There will also be a presence on SoundCloud & Facebook.
We will work together via DropBox (files) and Skype (communication).
You will have to show examples of your work.
It is preferable that you work in Logic, but not required.
It is also preferable that you live in Australia/New Zealand/Asia, with that kind of timezone.
This is NOT a job for someone who wants $1000/day. You will have to track your hours and I will pay for the hours you do. I will pay between $15-20/hour, depending on your skill. It suits a 'budding' producer who wants exposure and has a lot of time.
Send your details and portfolio to rhmarks@gmail.com
If I don't get back to you, it's because you didn't address the job criteria properly/at all.
Thanks for reading, if you got this far you might be what I'm after.
RM.

Major Label Session Multi Instrumentalist/Singer
(1 vote)
Fancy using the same person who Kylie Minogue, Mike Oldfield and Shane MacGowan chose to have featured on their recordings? I am a London based multi-instrumentalist/singer who plays guitar (main instrument), keys, bass, violin/fiddle, low/tin whistle and percussion. I am very well versed in playing and singing within all contemporary genres, including pop, soul/funk, R&B/hip-hop, rock, folk and jazz. My extensive experience in recording projects for labels such as Syco/Sony Music and Warner Bros means that you can be assured of your musical ideas being realised very effectively in a timely fashion. Feel free to email me for rates and sample MP3s!

International Mixing/Mastering Engineers wanted!
(4 votes)
My band is currently working on a 12 month/6 song international project. The goal is to have each song mixed and mastered by a different engineer in a different country. You can read more about it here www.nothingstherule.com as well as hear our first release, 'One Can Never Win'. We're working on a separate page on our site where we will write a bit about the engineers, drop a link to his/her site, get some quotes, etc. Anyway, we're trying to find international engineers who dig our sound and who would like to work with us. If you're interested, please drop me an email at dfeastman@gmail.com and tell me a bit about yourself, your work, any examples you have, and your usual pricing.
Thanks!

Mixer wanted for project. Paid.
(16 votes)
I'm helping a band at the moment who are in the middle of recording an EP. They are doing well in England, and this is an important recording for them.
We're keen to see what is out there, rather than relying solely on producer managers etc.
At first, we want one mix to be done on spec, for free, so we can hear your interpretation of the band. Upon approval, the selected mixer will then do the rest of the EP, paid.
THIS IS NOT RESTRICTED TO UK ONLY. THE INTERNET IS A WONDERFUL THING!!
Please get in touch for more info.
Thanks

Spoken Word Vocalist Wanted For New Afro House Production
Hi All,
I'm specifically looking for a spoken word female vocalist to finish off a Afro House track I've been working on.
I'm specifically looking for someone who sings in a similar style to say Ursula Rucker, so Jazz/Rootsy/Urban Spoken word.
I have no preference to the location of the singer, working remotely is fine assuming the vocalist has access to a studio to record session.
Please PM if you're interested & I can send over a short demo of the track.
Thanks for reading.

Looking for Salsa arrangers/composers
(1 vote)
Hi,
I'm looking for Salsa composers/arrangers to write original music for Warner/Chappell Production Music. I'm looking for authentic, real deal stuff. I do not want approximations or "I can fake it" type material. Looking for old and new in Cuban/Miami, Guaguanco, Puerto Rican, and Colombian styles. The pieces would be 1:30-3:00 in length. We typically pay $750 per track for that length, but being a composer myself I can see upping that considering charts and such. We would pay for session costs (we'd have to work out a budget for that beforehand.) You would keep all writer's share for collection of performance royalties, W/C would keep the master and publishing.
Geographic location doesn't matter, so if you're in Cali (Colombia) or San Juan, Miami or LA, it doesn't really matter. If you or someone you know is the right guy/gal for the job, PM me links to demos of your work and be sure to let me know what your roll was- Arranger? Composer? Both?
Thanks, Scott
