Studio Space in Highland Park, IL
Description: My clientle has changed to the point that I no longer need this much space to operate, so, I'm moving out. This unit has been a recording studio since 1992. I took it over in 2004 and had a great run.
The space is about 1250 sq ft. It consists of a live room, control room, iso booth, an office (which I used as a B room) and two closets. Check out the website for photos:

The space is in an industrial area of Highland Park, IL. Highland Park is a very affluent suburb and is about 20 minutes north of Chicago.
Rent is VERY inexpensive for the area and it is right off a major expressway.
The unit is available July 1, 2012. If you are serious, I'll give you my landlords number.
I really hope this unit remains a studio. Some great albums were cut here along with more stories than I can count.
