I am looking for a professional, responsible, and reliable producer/engineer to time-share my recording studio based near Brighton, UK.
It is a lovely large space set in a rural location featuring 2 live rooms (280 sq/ft and 190 sq/ft), a control room, and a corridor/kitchen area. The studio is acoustically treated and fully equipped (get in touch for equipment list).
24 hour access is available and it is in a non-residential area so noise is not a problem. There is also plenty of free parking, WIFI, and other amenities.
I am looking for someone who is experienced, trustworthy, clean, and who has a very professional attitude.
Rent will be dependent on what usage split is agreed.
I am ideally looking to sublet the studio for around 14 days per month on a 6 or 12 month contract. Please get in touch for more details.
