| Finalizing this mix tonight. Back seat drive with me Interesting thing about this song, is the kick drum sample is just unstoppably huge no matter what. I am peaking at around -12, and it sounds like I have it cranked. I simply EQd it, but I think it's just a loud beast and needs to have the fader dropped more. It may be coming up when I crush it after too, but im not going to heavy handed. In fact this song is Im bringing up more of the background synths..the song is a little bare. The vox I may squash a little more. Also pipe in a little more delay and verb and lower the double. The song just is a little bare still because I lowered background instruments too much, so ill bring them up. But if anyone hears anything to add...go for it! myspace.com/triadcolorscheme |
