Hi Guys!!!! I'm a NOOB!!!

I've been a GearSlutz lurker for sometime now and I thought that I should introduce myself, actually i finally got brave enough. I'm a bassist who recently got into the home recording thing, and I love it. I'm using a PC, Sonar, and I have an M-box which is going to be replaced by something else, maybe a focusrite saffire pro. I use drum loops for constructing songs, Acid or Reason, I have a U5 which is what I use to record my basses and guitar through, I really like it, to me it's clean and really easy to use. As for mics, I have an MXL V67 and an MXL603, good for just starting off. For monitoring I use a pair of KRK ST6's.
I really love this forum and I've learned so much by just reading some of the posts and over-using the search function.
I've posted a few things on my myspace, I know, nobody has a myspace music account. LOL

I can happily say that my GAS has shifted from Bass gear to Recording gear, it will never end!!!
Happy to be here,
Steve
