Opinions on these mixes? Hi, would love to get some constructive criticism on some of our material (both songs and production - we do it all ourselves) www.delawaremusic.co.uk The songs are in the vein of Sheryl Crow, Zero 7, KT Tunstall, Morcheeba, Rickie Lee Jones etc. TIA ![]()

Love her voice! Some very nice contemp. stuff. Some very decent sonic sounds and mixes. Your vocalist sounds like Stevie Nicks, with a better singing voice! Nice melodies and good song writing. Great arrangements! Nicely done! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Roxxon, thanks for the comments - much appreciated! We both like Fleetwood Mac so Rosalie will be pleased with your Stevie Nicks comparison! Thanks again for taking the time to listen. Any other opinions would be appreciated. Cheers, ben m

No problem. You guys are very good! I wasn't suggesting that you sound like Fleetwood Mac. I'm just saying that her singing style is closer to S.N. than it is to the female other artists that you mentioned. The music is very different from Fleetwood Mac, and that's very cool too. You right some darn good songs. It would be a shame to see you guys as sort of a wanna' be Fleetwood Mac sound-alike. Really there is only one Fleetwood Mac. Umm. Oops.. A friend of mine plays in this Fleetwood Mac tribute band in Vancouver. They are a very good cover band. http://www.tributetofleetwoodmac.ca/ Keep up the good work and writing!

Sounds nice ben m. What resolution is the audio in the player? It sounds a little wavy in the top end.

Hi Lander, yeah, for streaming purposes I made 128kbps versions of the files so there is a bit of 'wash' in the top end cheers, ben m

I ignored that, because the music, composition and the singing are so very good. I hate compressed files to death! ![]()
