Jerky Bits - never sleeps Hey Sluts, Okay, don't want to be an "ear hog" here but I feel like I'm on a roll today, so here's another mix of another song posted here once before. I feel this is much improved eventhough it\s the same tracks I swore I would re do... It\s called "dog breath mix" 'cause I did so many damn mixes that I have to give 'em names (not numbers) so I'll remember. This is my "solo" project done in the off hours: cheers, FB PS sorry for the extra 10 seconds at the top... it's coming... be patient... ![]()

Ah, I remember this one! Much better! It's pretty harsh, tho...Tame the ultra-highs and the upper-mids...Getting listening fatigue about 40 seconds into here. Vocals kinda get drowned at parts, but it's all good...maybe some fader automation...You bumped down that synth that was too loud in the pre-chorus...good job. You're makin' strides, bro! Keep it up!

Fatigue could be due to the "mastering" (the mighty L3)... I was going to try to put the whole mix through the convolution reverb before the L3 to soften the mix and give more depth, but I chickened out at the last minute. Maybe tomorrow... FB | |

Profoundly aggressive top end here. More compression overall than is needed, or than can leave life behind, in my thoughts. Nice otherwise; balance, clarity and such. John-

Okay, I couldn't wait for tomorrow... this stuff really gets under my skin Tried to re master same mix by doing exactly what was stated above (2 track mix >Waves IR > Waves L3 ) with short reverb on the whole mix. Still loud, but less stressful and a little more depth, but less "snap" to the mix (if that makes sense). Need to stop for now... think my ears are tired...
