Tech-house track

Hi all,

I know there isn't an abundance of techno on GS (which is a shame as it can be such a challenging genre to mix) so I'm trying to fly the flag here

Here's a track I produced and mixed earlier in the summer - comments and opinions welcome!

Marky,
great stuff, i'd play it
if you are willing to accept constructional criticism, the only thing i'd offer is the hats are a wee bit sharp, in a digital way.
and the stereo image is a bit narrow.

if yer not willing to accept, then don't mind me. I've been known to deny criticism myself, and have often taken the "it is what it is" stance about my own productions.

this is great though, good vibe with classic sounds. no gimmicks or trends. puts me in a nice headspace.

Thanks jkn and Adam for the comments.

Adam - I take your point well about the hi-hat, 'tis a tad on the harsh side, thanks for the comments, I did rush the mix a bit before I got it mastered so there's a couple of things I'd change if I remix it. BTW I've got a few of your tracks on my MP3 player, I make a point of tracking down your new stuff, I really like the sound you've got going - much respect.
