review my mix please

i`d appreciate if some of you professional studio guys would give me a fair review of the mix of my latest track. dont be afriad to bite

hi john,

heyheyhey nice song, I like it!

there are some things I would work on:
the singer has a cool character-voice, bring him up more in front,2 or 3db at 4-5kHz.
kick is a bit on the poor side, 4-6db at 60Hz.
bass, may be a bit more charakter, some db around 500Hz???
guitars a bit louder, its rock´n roll!

and then there are some things gone a bit wrong on tracking:
I like that creamy leadguit very much!!! unfortunately it´s a bit out of tune and out of time, I noticed that most in the second leadgitpart.
the vox on refrain is so full of emotions, why didn´t the drummer help him??
Hey drummer, beat that snare you won´t damage it.

I´ll attach you a mp3-file of your mix to give you an idea what I´m talking about.
