Metal recording critique?

After doing live sound for several years, I've recorded my first album (as engineer, I don't play on it)

Would appreciate constructive criticism and advice.

Thanks heaps

Kurt

OK sound forge opened it up

I HATE the snare sound but thats probably pretty close to what they wanted. What do I know, I want paper heads to come back. I can hear everything pretty clearly except the bass (is there a bass?) Is he just playing in unison with the guitars?

vocals sound great

guess I didn't help much

Ogg-vorbis is kinda like mp3 but better and it's open source (no licensing etc) read more about it here if you're interested.

There is bass, but he has an unusual sound, tends to blend into the guitar a bit :(

The snare is a hard one, there was alot of spill into pretty much every other mic so I couldn't really do alot to it without it becoming obvious (I tried replacing it but sounded odd)

The drummer is pretty happy with the end result though.
